Terms of Use for SMS
If using our Shot Messaging Service (SMS):
1. You will receive messages for upcoming appointments, scheduled services, and general customer care.
2. You can cancel or opt-out the SMS at any time. Just text "STOP" to the message. After sending "STOP" to us, we will send a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe or opt-back-in to receive messages from us, text "START" to the same number.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance or how to unsubscribe.
4. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, and if you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
